Christmas Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups small size twisted pretzels
1-1/2 sticks margarine, melted
3 tbsp sugar
2 lg. box strawberry jello
2 cups boiling water
1 pt. frozen strawberries
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
Directions:
Mix pretzels, margarine and 3 tbsp sugar and place in 9 x 13 casserole dish. Bake 10 min. at 325 degrees F. Cool.
Mix strawberry Jello with boiling water. Add frozen strawberries and chill until partially set.
Mix cream cheese with 1 cup sugar. Beat until creamy. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled pretzels. Spread strawberry mixture over cream cheese mixture. Chill in refrigerator.
