The Square Room:
The Square Room is a new, state-of-the-art performance venue in downtown Knoxville, TN in the Historic Market Square district. It is housed in the rear of the 4 Market Square Building along with it’s counterpart Café 4, a full-service restaurant and coffee bar. The Tennessee Theatre:
The Tennessee Theatre is one of the last great movie palaces still in operation. Opening its doors on October 1, 1928, the Tennessee made kings and queens of all who entered its lavish interior. Afterall, the idea of the movie palace was to create a fantasy land, a place where people could forget the outside world and its troubles - at least while they were inside the castle on Gay Street.
Now the Tennessee Theatre is still captivating audiences with its ambiance and with the entertainment it has to offer. Besides enchanting crowds with the likes of Clark Gable and Vivien Leigh on its big screen, the Tennessee hosts a variety of world-renowned entertainers throughout the year. The theatre is also home to the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra and the Knoxville Opera Company.
The Valarium is one of Knoxville's newest venues. Total capacity is 1572 inside The Valarium, the Balcony, two Smoking Areas, and The Cider House. There is unlimited parking for semi's, bobtails, buses, vans, etc.
Thompson-Boling Assembly Center and Arena is a multi-purpose facility featuring an official seating capacity of 24,535. The riverfront arena is an ideal venue for diverse events, conventions and meetings. Entrances to the building are located on the east and west ends, with protection from the elements provided by tucking the doors under the structure. There are a total of 132 entrance doors to the arena.
