The Jacob Building is a two-story exhibition hall suitable for trade shows, meetings, performances, etc. It measures 100 ft. x 400 ft. with 36,600 sq. ft. of unobstructed floor space on the main level and 20,500 sq. ft. on the balcony.

Inside the building are four rest rooms and two dressing rooms. Two permanent concession areas are located on the main floor. There are ticket windows on either side of the main entrance.

The ceiling is 15 ft. under the balcony and a 30 ft. elsewhere. The building has six loading doors, two on the balcony level and four on the main level. All are 10 ft. wide and 11 ft. high.

Free parking is available.

Also available in Chilhowee Park is Homer Hamilton Theater with a seating capacity of 4,500.
